Introduction

The administrative structure of the company and the responsibility for each job are as follows:
President and general manager are in charge of running the enterprise completely. They carry out work with the helping of Head Office and supervise the work of vice president and all departments. They deal with domestic affairs and diplomacy.

The vice president of Production Department is responsible for production, technology development and quality control; the vice president of Sales Department is in charge of product marketing and after-sales services.

The supervisor of Administration & Personnel Department is engaged in the enterprise's administration and work about staff; the supervisor of Financial Department is responsible for the financial work.

Above administrative people take part in making major business decisions of the company. The people who are under the vice president's and supervisor's command independently work for different departments so as to carry out corresponding work.

After several years of development and management, everything of the company has been brought under control and the company has formed a relatively perfect organization in making decisions, overseeing as well as encouraging.
